 12  Days Retreat in Kerala

2/3 – 14 February 2019  ~ €899 pps

We are committed to ethical, environmental and spiritual values, and to lead a healthy and harmonious lifestyle. We like to provide vegetarian food – good food is like a medicine for spirit and body. Our programs are a blend of Ayurvedic treatments and Yoga, including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation and contemplative walks in nature.

Its culture and traditions, coupled with its varied demographics, have made Kerala one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. National Geographic’s Traveller magazine names Kerala as one of the “ten paradises of the world” and “50 must see destinations of a lifetime”.It has been named also as “One of the 100 great trips for the 21st century”.

The best time to visit is September to February, peak time is December to January

The most popular tourist attractions in the state are beaches, backwaters and hill stations; Ayurvedic tourism, wildlife sanctuaries and bird-watching are very popular activities. Amazing beautiful temples, mosques and churches can be seen almost everywhere.

The “backwaters” are an extensive network of interlocking rivers (41 west-flowing rivers), lakes, and canals that center around Alleppey and Kumarakom and the Ashtamudi Lake
