Yes of course – our Retreats are for all levels. We’ve had many beginners and many with different experiences of these practices. We prefer to keep the number of participants small to better personalize the classes.

Yes – everybody is welcome! All classes are voluntary and there many activities and / or relaxation to enjoy in the locations. For a different quotation on price please Contact Us
Just let us know your preferences and will try our best to match yours with other participants ones. If possible we will introduce each other before the travelling dates.
DO I NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO INDIA?
Most likely, Yes.  The Indian Government has introduced many facilities for the Visa application, check with the Indian Embassy in your Country or check the Indian Visa Online web-page
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY ACCEPTED?

The Indian Rupee is the currency in India. At arrival you can exchange cash (Rupees are normally not available outside of India) or withdraw cash from one of the many ATMs. Credit Cards are accepted in many places if you intend to do much shopping. Check with your card provider the conditions and charges of use abroad.

IS IT REQUIRED TO HAVE CERTAIN VACCINATIONS AND WHICH ONES?

We suggest to consult with your own Doctor as he will have your own medical history and he will  give the best suggestions.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

We suggest to take out a Travel  Insurance – usually the yearly memberships are cheaper than the one-time ones. If you have a private Health insurance, check if and how your policy can cover the trip.

WILL IT BE VERY EXPENSIVE TO USE MY OWN MOBILE?
Check with your Mobile Provider for roaming charges. There is WiFi Coverage in all the hotels and other public places, which will allow the use of  voice apps such as Skype and Viber. If you prefer to use the traditional phone system, you can purchase a local SIM card once  arrived (make sure that your phone is unlocked). There are also plenty of long-distance-call boots at every corner … nearly..
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? CAN I BRING MY BIKINI?

We suggest to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Long sleeves can help in preventing sunburns, and so are hats and sunglasses. Closed comfortable shoes will help in all sort of terrains, if also easy to take out at the temples, these are an ideal choice. However we will spend time also indoor and in places with air conditioning, so  a regular t-shirt, a light jumper, a jacket maybe to be used on the plane as well as some early mornings. Most hotels have a swimming pool, so a swim-suit (or bikini… ) is considered a normal outfit. A large scarf or pashmina can help covering shoulders, head and even the wet swim-suit coming up from the beach…  Dont forget a sun-screen and a mosquito repellent.
